: It directly reads signals from touch buttons, controls LED displays via I2C, and generates the precise Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) signals needed to switch the main IGBT at high frequencies (typically 20-50kHz). It also monitors AC mains voltage (Pin 16), ensures the resonant circuit is synchronized (Pins 4 and 15), and constantly checks for dangerous over-current or surge conditions (Pin 1) to turn off the IGBT if needed.
